3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If a client decides not to proceed with a project after hiring a freelancer.
  • Completed and Approved Work: If the client has approved the completed service and later requests a refund.
  • Delayed Client Response: If a client fails to provide the necessary information for the freelancer to complete the job.
  • Payments Outside Journlab: Any transaction conducted outside the Journlab platform will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If a dispute arises between a freelancer and a client regarding service quality, Journlab will act as a mediator.
  • If both parties cannot reach an agreement, Journlab's decision will be final.
  • We encourage open communication between users to resolve minor disputes before requesting a refund.

6. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

  • Journlab uses secure payment gateways to ensure safe transactions.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
  • If a fraudulent transaction is detected, Journlab reserves the right to take legal action.
